韩健，男，1992年10月出生，中共党员，籍贯吉林龙井，医学博士，南太湖优秀卫生青年人才，2022年获得韩国首尔大学医学院骨科博士学位，主治医师，骨科学硕士生导师，现就职于湖州师范大学附属第一医院 (湖州市第一人民医院)。

社会兼职：浙江省医学会运动医学分会 青年委员

主要研究领域或方向：

临床方面：专注于肩关节疾病及各类运动损伤的精细化诊治，擅长肩关节高难度微创手术以及正、反式人工肩关节置换术。

科研方面：聚焦肩关节运动损伤及骨关节退变的深层生物学机制、生物力学机制研究。核心研究领域包括：组织工程再生基础研究；炎症免疫调控机制研究；肌肉衰老、脂肪浸润的氧化应激、细胞凋亡、纤维化重塑等退变调控机制研究。

主持项目：

1. 高胆固醇血症通过下调Caveolin-1激活卫星细胞(SC)成脂分化影响肩袖肌肉脂肪浸润发生发展的机制研究（2024年湖州科技计划项目，排名：1/5），在研。

2. 重组人甲状旁腺激素缓释生物组织工程支架在肩袖腱骨界面修复中的作用与机制研究 （2025年度浙江省医药卫生科技计划项目，排名：1/5），在研。

3. 姜黄素调控AMPK/NFκB信号通路介导的M2巨噬细胞极化功能对促进肩袖腱骨界面修复再生的作用以及机制研究（2025年度浙江省中医药科技计划项目，排名：1/5），在研。
